Quarter Mile Development is a boutique real estate investment and development company focused on urban infill projects that require creative zoning solutions — the tight, overlooked lots that most developers pass over.
THE PRINCIPAL
Brad Roemer began his real estate career by leading an entrepreneurial venture after the 2008 housing market crash. He has consulted for several institutional and investment real estate companies over the last 15 years. After graduate school, he founded Quarter Mile Development to focus on infill investment and development opportunities.
